Sin embargo, los hornos de fusi\u00f3n por inducci\u00f3n pueden tener un par de ventajas clave que merece la pena tener en cuenta. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comprender la fusi\u00f3n por inducci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n<p>Antes de instalar un horno de inducci\u00f3n en tu fundici\u00f3n, es importante entender c\u00f3mo funcionan. Un horno de inducci\u00f3n funciona transfiriendo energ\u00eda t\u00e9rmica a trav\u00e9s de una bobina primaria de alta tensi\u00f3n que induce una corriente alta, una tensi\u00f3n baja o una bobina secundaria. Estos tipos de hornos son magn\u00edficos para fundir una amplia gama de metales manteniendo un bajo nivel de p\u00e9rdida por fusi\u00f3n.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Hay dos variedades principales de estos hornos: sin n\u00facleo y de canal.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Sin n\u00facleo:<\/strong> Las bobinas son el componente calefactor principal de un horno sin n\u00facleo. El serpent\u00edn -del que toma su nombre este horno- se crea a partir de tubos de cobre altamente conductores y se enrolla en forma helicoidal antes de colocarlo dentro de una carcasa de acero. Para reducir el riesgo de sobrecalentamiento, la propia bobina se refrigera con agua mediante una torre de recirculaci\u00f3n. Las frecuencias utilizadas pueden variar entre 50 ciclos y 10.000 ciclos por segundo (conocidas como frecuencia de red y alta frecuencia, respectivamente). Cuanto m\u00e1s alta es la frecuencia, mayor es la cantidad de potencia que puede aplicarse al horno. Una vez que el material ha alcanzado el estado fundido, la interacci\u00f3n entre el campo magn\u00e9tico y las corrientes el\u00e9ctricas produce una reacci\u00f3n de agitaci\u00f3n que ayuda a mezclar las aleaciones y a distribuir uniformemente la temperatura por todas partes.       <br\/><\/li><li><strong>De canal:<\/strong> Un horno de inducci\u00f3n de canal est\u00e1 formado por una carcasa de acero refractario que contiene el metal calentado. Adosada a ella est\u00e1 la unidad de inducci\u00f3n primaria. Esta unidad contiene un n\u00facleo de hierro, alrededor del cual se envuelve una bobina de inducci\u00f3n. El calor generado hace que el metal circule hacia el pozo principal, creando su propia acci\u00f3n agitadora, similar a la mencionada anteriormente. Estos tipos de hornos son buenos para fundir aleaciones con puntos de fusi\u00f3n bajos o como compartimento de mantenimiento para metales con puntos de fusi\u00f3n m\u00e1s altos.      <\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Las ventajas de los hornos de inducci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n<p>Independientemente del tipo de horno de inducci\u00f3n que necesite tu fundici\u00f3n, hay ventajas espec\u00edficas que este tipo puede ofrecer y que otras alternativas simplemente no pueden igualar. Los hornos de inducci\u00f3n son buenos para fundir metales como oro y plata, cobre, aluminio, silicio, lat\u00f3n y zinc. Tambi\u00e9n pueden fundir acero y hierro para uso industrial. No necesitan mucho espacio para funcionar, por lo que son estupendos para fundiciones de todos los tama\u00f1os. Tambi\u00e9n son m\u00e1s ecol\u00f3gicas que otras alternativas. Son muy eficientes desde el punto de vista energ\u00e9tico, lo que significa que no afectar\u00e1n negativamente a los resultados de una empresa en lo que se refiere al consumo de energ\u00eda, y son excelentes para una fundici\u00f3n que quiera reducir su huella medioambiental en la producci\u00f3n.
